Great lift, Chris!
You definitely fought for it which makes it even more rewarding.
You were a  handsome devil then

  • get a job!
Chris

I hate to pile on, but that was one heck of a lift. A great weightlifter,
they can never take that from you, ever! Every coach just once in
their career should be lucky enough to coach a lifter of your talent.
I'd go on but I'd just embarrass you, so I'll leave it at that.

First time I've seen that lift.

Gotta love the old Blaine sports center. You fought like a lion for that lift, bro! I think Ike Berger slept in that day.
Thanks for your help in Orlando! I was on death's door.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to see too much of the lifting because I was so sick but I do have some thoughts... Anthony Martin lifted some decent weights and gave the Admiral a bit of a run for his money. The most impressive part of his performance was  he had a lipper in the whole time. It was good to see some of the old timers in the medal hunt, journeymen like Jason Atkinson and Matt Foreman to name a couple.  Come on guys! Where are the up and comers to retire these old farts! Great guys but lets make it happen, Ito.  Lots of potential there. I saw some young, skinny guys lifting some big weights! Now all they need is some muscle and some experience.
Great clips.  The ones of Jason are VERY enlightening! Thanks, Jasha
