I think that testosterone needs to be considered as the same as insulin, asthma meds, etc=even some BCPs, as ok if all is in the therapeutic/natural range and prescribed for legitimate reasons. An extremely low test. level can kill, not just weaken the individual!
If taken to raise the level to normal, they should give no undue advantage to the athlete.
